Lindsay Shouldis

Director of Evaluation & Data Management

Lindsay Shouldis, M.A., is Director of Evaluation & Data Management for CSS. She conducts program evaluation and research activities both internally and with schools to inform program improvement and new product development. Before joining CSS, Ms. Shouldis worked as a researcher for The Hunt Institute in Durham, North Carolina where she investigated statewide and national education policy initiatives. Lindsay holds a master’s degree in educational psychology, measurement, & evaluation from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
