Jon Englebrecht, M.Ed., is a National Trainer for CSS. He has many years of experience in leadership development, training, and group facilitation and provides high quality training, on-site technical assistance, problem-solving, and coaching to school stakeholder teams and faculty. Prior to joining CSS, he served Baltimore and DC public schools for over seven years in a variety of instructional and administrative roles, supporting AVID programs and student-mentoring initiatives. Most recently, he has partnered with The New Teacher Project and Urban Teachers to facilitate training in student-centered instructional practices with a whole-child approach in order to raise student achievement and engagement. He holds a master’s degree in education from Towson University and a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics with a minor in philosophy from Stevenson University.
