Erica de la Cruz

Erica de la Cruz is a Program Manager for New York City. As a Program Manager, she supports administrators, faculty, and stakeholders from schools across the city to successfully implement Peer Group Connection. Prior to joining CSS, Erica served as the Head of Curriculum Development at Bright Kids NYC, a tutoring and publications company specializing in test preparation and subject tutoring, and has worked with a range of organizations, including Minds Matter, the NYC Office of Emergency Management, and the Museum of Modern Art. Erica is a Brooklyn native and has been involved in various community development projects, including SUNY Downstate’s Brooklyn Healthcare Improvement Project. Ultimately, Erica’s goal is to help reduce the impact of the school-to-prison pipeline by continuing to work with programs that foster respect, acceptance, and appreciation within schools and communities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from CUNY’s City College of New York.
