School Support Manager


The School Support Manager is a member of the CSS national team and will work in collaboration with CSS’s regional teams to coordinate, revise, and develop consultation and coaching resources to assist new school partners to implement mentoring solutions with high fidelity. The individual in this role will also facilitate at training events with educators across regions to prepare them to successfully implement mentoring solutions at their schools. Additionally, the School Support Manager will work in close partnership with each regional team to develop and execute a strategy for actively engaging veteran school partners and ensuring sustainability of CSS’s solutions. The School Support Manager will also support outreach efforts with veteran school partners to track individual school progress, collect school data, and support ongoing evaluation activities.
